Join one of the many live streaming online meditation classes from Odiyana Center. During this challenging time, with increased fear and anxiety, we can improve our mental and physical well-being by developing a peaceful state of mind, both in and out of meditation. Classes included guided meditations and practical advice to carry into daily life. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
Weekly Class Schedule: Tuesday 5:30pm; Wednesday 9am and 7:00pm; and Sunday 10:30am.
